Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the BSBLOps platform, websites, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

1. The Service

BSBLOps provides tools for youth travel baseball organizations to manage rosters, schedules, events, locations, communications, and payments. We may add, remove, or modify features from time to time.

2. Accounts & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for activity under your credentials and must keep them confidential. Organization administrators may grant, modify, or revoke access for members of their organization.

3. Subscriptions & Free Trials

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Free trials are available to new organizations and convert to a paid plan at the end of the trial unless cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

4. Customer Data

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service (“Customer Data”). You grant BSBLOps a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, and transmit Customer Data solely to provide and improve the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of Customer Data and for obtaining necessary consents, including from parents or guardians of minor players.

5. Acceptable Use

• Do not use the Service to violate law or the rights of others.
• Do not attempt to breach security, disrupt, or reverse engineer the Service.
• Do not upload malicious code or content that is harassing, infringing, or otherwise harmful.
• Do not use the Service to send unsolicited commercial communications.

6. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, violation of these Terms, or risk to the Service or other users. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing settings. Upon termination, access ceases and data is handled per our Privacy Policy.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party providers (for example, Stripe for payments and TeamSnap for roster sync). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BSBLOPS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO BSBLOPS IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. The parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of state and federal courts located in Delaware.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will announce material changes through the Service or by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
