Privacy Policy

Effective Date: September 1, 2025 · Last Updated: September 15, 2025

BSBLOps (“BSBLOps,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates a software-as-a-service platform (the “Service”) that helps youth travel baseball organizations manage schedules, rosters, payments, and communications. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you use the Service.

1. Information We Collect

Account information. When you create an account we collect your name, email address, password (hashed), organization affiliation, and role.

Operational data. Rosters, schedules, player and parent profiles, messages, events, locations, and other content you or your organization submit to the Service.

Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our systems. We retain transaction metadata such as amount, status, and the last four digits of the card.

Technical data. IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages viewed, and timestamps, collected through standard server logs and analytics.

2. How We Use Information

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
  • Authenticate users, enforce role-based access, and prevent abuse.
  • Process payments and send transactional receipts.
  • Send service announcements, security notices, and (where you have opted in) product updates.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.

3. Information About Minors

The Service is designed for use by adult coaches, administrators, and parents who manage records about youth players. We do not knowingly create accounts for children. Player profiles are submitted and controlled by the sponsoring organization or a verified parent/guardian.

4. How We Share Information

We share information with (a) other members of your organization according to their assigned role, (b) subprocessors that power the Service (hosting, email delivery, payments, analytics), (c) legal or regulatory authorities when required, and (d) a successor in the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale. We do not sell personal information.

5. Data Retention

We retain account and operational data for as long as your organization maintains an active subscription. Upon termination we delete or anonymize personal information within 90 days, except where retention is required for legal, tax, or audit purposes.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise a right, contact us at the address below. If your organization administers your account, we may refer your request to them.

7. Security

We use encryption in transit, access controls, hashed passwords, and audit logging to protect your information. No online service is perfectly secure; please use a strong, unique password and notify us of any suspected compromise.

8. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
